General Information :- Celery is
a crop of temperate Europe from England to Asia. The Italians
developed the celery, know today, in the 17th century AD
from the wild celery of the European salt marshes. It was associated
with funerals and hence considered on omen of bad luck. It was put to
sue in UK during the 19th century AD. It is the dried fruit
of a perennial.
